The following terms and conditions will be deemed to have been accepted by the User on usage of the website techplek.com. You are requested to read them carefully before you use the services of this site.

a) The term User shall refer to the user who is browsing the Site. The term TechPlek Technologies shall refer to TechPlek Technologies and/or its affiliates/subsidiary companies. The term Site refers to techplek.com owned and monitored by TechPlek Technologies.

b) By using the Site, you agree to follow and be bound by the following terms and conditions concerning your use of the Site. TechPlek Technologies may revise the Terms of Use at any time without notice to you. Areas of the Site may have different terms of use posted. If there is a conflict between the Terms of Use and terms of use posted for a specific area of the Site, the latter shall have precedence with respect to your use of that area of the Site.

At any time during or subsequent to the contract period, the client agrees to keep in the strictest confidence and trust all of the TechPlek Technologies confidential information to which the client has access. The client will not use or disclose TechPlek Technologies’ confidential information without the written consent of TechPlek Technologies. The client agrees not to attack/criticize TechPlek Technologies or any of its employees, associates or partner’s publicly (on public forums, blogs, social networks, etc) at any time during or subsequent to the contract period

This contract comes to an end when everything specified in the contract has been done. It can also end if there is a breach of contract and either party decides to cancel it. The contract can also be ended by mutual agreement of the parties involved in the contract or when it becomes impossible to carry out the obligations specified in the contract like due to man-made calamities (riots, acts of terrorism, war, etc) or natural calamities (like a flood, hurricane, earthquake, volcanic eruption, etc). Contracts can be cancelled with 30 days written notice after the initial 30 days

While TechPlek Technologies maintains copyright protection in all materials, information, and publications (collectively, "Web site information") it places on this Web site, TechPlek Technologies consents to normal downloading, copying, and distribution of the information for non-commercial purposes by you or within your organization only.
